Innovative Process Consulting (IPC) is a small consulting organization whose goal is to enable organizations to dramatically improve business performance through the application of innovative concepts helping them achieve more effective and adaptable processes.

IPC assists clients specifically in the areas of Process Frameworks, Modeling, Analysis and Redesign, Process Facilitation and Process Project coaching. We’ve provided training in more than 20 countries on six continents around the world to more than 15,000 professionals. We have been in business for eighteen years providing our services to a multitude of industries such as: customer service, retail, manufacturing, health services, insurance, aerospace, utilities, petrochemical, financial services and government. Our work is based on a Process Management Framework developed from practice over the last fifteen years.

We also offer a program called Train the Trainer where organizations can train their own instructors to present our training materials.

Kathy A. Long has been helping organizations understand and improve their business performance through improved processes since the mid-1980's. She has experience improving processes in a wide variety of industries worldwide. Ms. Long brings a very practical, common sense approach to process improvement, applying a variety of techniques and the application of innovative concepts to help move organizations forward with better more effective and adaptable processes. Working with clients, she has enabled them to increase the efficiency of their processes by literally thousands of percent.
She is regarded as realistic practitioner who believes people are one of the critical factors for success in any process improvement initiative and coined the phrase, "People are the Process".
Ms. Long speaks at numerous conferences and leadership events around the world, including the BPM Conference, Enterprise Architecture Conference, the Business Rules Forum and the European BPM Conference. To date she has conducted hundreds of seminars world-wide, and has presented to tens of thousands of professionals.
